Overview
California Healing Arts College is a massage therapy school located in West Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1988 by Dr. Paul Schwinghamer, a chiropractor and educator devoted to massage therapy training, the institution is dedicated to promoting massage therapy as a non-invasive healing art and a needed adjunct to the present forms of medicine, chiropractic, and acupuncture. Reflecting that philosophy, the courses offered blend Eastern and Western thought with the practical consideration of students becoming successful massage therapists upon graduation.
