Overview
With seven California campuses, National Holistic Institute provides alternative medical training in the form of Massage Therapist and Health Educator programs. Over 80% of graduates work in massage therapy.
Accreditation
NHI is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) Council of Schools and is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training and approved by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). Upon graduation, students are qualified for the national certification exam. Schedules are flexible and varied and the entire program can be completed in less than 12 months. NHI is approved by the United States Department of Education to offer federal financial aid to those who qualify.
Student Appeal
Students gain practical experience through the NHI Student Clinic and Externship Program without leaving campus. This direct experience makes NHI graduates more marketable to employers. Admission is based on whether you are of good character and sufficiently motivated and committed to pursuing a professional career in Massage Therapy. NHI does not discriminate, and no applicant shall be rejected from admission to the school on the basis of age, race, color, sex, disability, or national origin.
